Veronika Nistas
MPEd, BCBA, R.B.A. (Ont.)
Clinical Director
Our Clinical Director, Veronika Nistas, is a Registered Behaviour Analyst and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with over a decade of experience in the field. Veronika has supported children and youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Developmental Disabilities across a variety of environments. Veronika provides consulting services in various environments including: personal homes, assisted-living homes, hospitals, schools, workplaces, and clinics, and has trained various mediators including parents/caregivers, personal support workers, teachers/school staff. Veronika also has experience teaching at an Ontario post-secondary institution. Veronika is passionate about providing personalized care, to help children feel empowered and develop the skills they need to achieve their full potential. She is dedicated to working with each family to support their individual needs by taking a strength based approach and meeting children at their current levels.

Sabrina Roccatani

Clinical Supervisor
Sabrina has completed her Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Psychology, with a minor in Family and Child Studies, at the University of Guelph, and went on to earn her Master of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Western University. As a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), Sabrina brings extensive expertise supported by specialized training in evidence-based interventions, including the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) - Level 1 and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) - Level 1 & 2.
Sabrina has a passion for supporting individuals with Autism from early childhood through adolescence. She is committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions that promote meaningful skill development and lifelong learning. Her clinical approach emphasizes fostering growth across key developmental domains such as language, communication, motor skills, self-help, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, social communication, and adaptive functioning. Driven by a deep commitment to inclusion and client-centered practice, Sabrina strives to create supportive and engaging learning environments where children, and adolescents can thrive to reach their fullest potential.
